“Xtreme Knockout 9” set for Saturday, Jan. 29, in Arlington, Texas

ARLINGTON, Texas — Back Alley Promotions has produced over 1,000 live events and on Saturday, Jan. 29, they will gather a number of the top professional MMA fighters in Texas to compete at “Xtreme Knockout 9” at The Gym Combative Sports Arena in Arlington.

“Xtreme Knockout 9” will feature 10 professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fights, a bikini contest, a live DJ, over 15 vendors and a special guest from the Improv Comedy Club. There will be a pre-fight party from 6-8 p.m. and the first fight starts at 8 p.m.

XKO 9 will have a double main event with welterweight title implications. Kano Gregoire (7-2) of San Antonio will face Clay Hantz (4-3) of Octagon MMA in Dallas, and Roy Spoon (5-3) will take on Michael Craycraft (2-2) of Dallas MMA 300.

The winner of Gregoire vs. Hantz and the winner of Spoon vs. Craycraft will face off at XKO 10 for the Xtreme Knockout welterweight title.

In another fight with title implications, Jarret Jones (4-4) and Chris Pecero (2-1) will do battle with the winner getting a shot at Xtreme Knockout lightweight champion Chris Jones at XKO 10.

Tickets for XKO 9 are $25 for advanced general admission and $30 when purchased at the door. $50 for Ringside Reserved and $60 at the door, VIP tables are $400 (limited tables). Tickets are available for purchase at The Gym and www.xtremeknockout.com.
