UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub (8-1) is set to face fellow up-and-comer Stefan Struve (24-4) on a March 3 card televised on the Versus network, according to Sportsnet.ca.

Schaub advanced to The Ultimate Fighter Season 10 finals but lost via first round knockout against Roy Nelson. Since then, he’s won his last three UFC bouts, including a decision win over former contender Gabriel Gonzaga at UFC 121.

As for Struve, he upped his record in the Octagon to 5-2 with a first round TKO win over Sean McCorkle at UFC 124.

Following the Gonzaga win, Schaub had called out former champion Frank Mir and the two were rumored to square off at a future event. Recently, though, Mir’s name has been thrown around as a possible coach for the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter opposite Brock Lesnar, setting up an opportunity to meet in a rubber match after the end of the season.
