This nearly ten-minute video previews “UFC 125: Resolution” which takes place New Year’s Day (Jan. 1) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Featured bouts include the lightweight title fight main event between champion Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard and the co-main event between former WEC light heavyweight champion Brian Stann and Chris Leben.
Not only does UFC lightweight champ Frankie Edgar get the chance to defend his title against the first competitor other than B.J. Penn, but he also gets the opportunity to avenge his only defeat, a unanimous decision loss to Gray Maynard at UFC Fight Night 13 in April 2008.
In the UFC 125 co-main event, Brian Stann and Chris Leben, both big punchers, will do their best to knock each other out and both are confident it will be their opponent who gets put to sleep.
