Can you hear what the American Psycho's cooking?

The Ultimate Fighter season one finalist Stephan Bonnar was on Thursday evening’s MMA Live panel on ESPN 2. After breaking down his unanimous decision win over Igor Pokrajac at the TUF 12 Finale last weekend, host Jon Anik asked Bonnar who he would like to fight next.

Bonnar said he would like a big name next, but realizes the UFC may want to give him one or two more fights before one of the top light heavyweight contenders. However, Bonnar said if he had his way, he would like to fight the former UFC 205-pound champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson next.

Bonnar said he has nothing against Rampage, but he is “jealous” of him. He said Rampage is funny, is a movie star, is very popular and successful and he “wants some of that.”

After losing three in a row and it looking as though Bonnar may have been on the verge of getting his walking papers, “The American Psycho” bounced back with two straight victories, including a second round TKO in a rematch against Kryzsztof Soszynski at UFC 116 in July and then the win over Pokrajac last weekend.

Rampage is coming off a split decision win over Lyoto Machida at UFC 123 last month.

On a side note, concerning Saturday’s UFC 124 main event bout between UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and Josh Koscheck, both Bonnar and MMA legend Pat Miletich, who was also a host on Thursday’s MMA Live, predicted Koscheck will defeat St-Pierre to take home the title.

  1. And turns out Stephan & Pat were both wrong. GSP made it seem like Koscheck has never fought in the octagon in his life – that’s how bad he was beaten. Not only didn’t Josh win the title, he didn’t even come remotely CLOSE to challenging Georges and literally got his face broken.

When will you guys finally learn? Never bet against Georges St-Pierre.

  2. Koshcheck will take the belt.Oops that was a really bad call,it was yet another: brilliant, lopsided, not ever close performance by the master of the sport GSP .When will people ever learn. He is in a league by himself.I think his performance where he takes Koshcheck a part for 5 rounds with a wicked jab is more impressive than a ko.I mean he is just amazing to watch.
