Seven of the 22 fighters on the TUF 12 Finale fight card, which took place Dec. 4 at the Palms in Las Vegas, have their names listed on the post-fight medical report.

Although thankfully there were no serious injuries, The Ultimate Fighter season 12 winner Jonathan Brookins could face an extended layoff if an X-ray reveals he has a fractured left foot, and Ian Loveland, who injured a finger on his left hand, must have it X-rayed and cleared by a doctor or he will not be allowed to compete until June 3, 2011.

Here is the official Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) medical report following the TUF 12 Finale as received by ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) on Monday:

•Jonathan Brookins must have left foot X-rayed and if results are positive then he needs clearance by an orthopedic doctor or no contest until June 3, 2011.

•Stephan Bonnar is suspended until Dec. 26, 2010, with no contact until Dec. 19, 2010, because of a scalp laceration.

•Johny Hendricks must have annual eye exam with a retinal specialist due April 2011.

•Nam Phan is suspended until Dec. 16, 2010, with no contact until Dec. 19, 2010, due to a scalp laceration.

•Leonard Garcia is suspended until Dec. 26, 2010, with no contact until Dec. 19, 2010, due to a right temple scalp laceration.

•Ian Loveland must have left second finger X-rayed and cleared by an orthopedic doctor or no contest until June 3, 2011.

•Fredson Paixao Melo is suspended until Feb. 3, 2011, with no contact until Jan. 19, 2011.
