Light heavyweights Alexander Gustafsson and James Te-Huna are expected to meet at UFC 127. The card is scheduled to take place at Acer Arena in Sydney on Feb. 27.

The match up has not been officially announced. However, British MMA magazine Fighters Only has reported the contest.

Te-Huna earned a shot in the UFC after winning the CFC light heavyweight grand prix. To win that crown, he defeated Antony Rea, Priscus Fogagnolo and UFC veteran Anthony Perosh. In his UFC debut, Te-Huna scored a third-round knockout of Igor Pokrajac. The New Zealand born fighter has never fought outside of Australia.

Gustafsson, the biggest prospect to come out of the Swedish MMA scene, got back a lot of the hype surrounding him in his last fight. He defeated Cyrille Diabate with a rear-naked choke submission at UFC 120. Prior to that, Phil Davis handed him his first loss at UFC 112.

Headlining UFC 127 is a welterweight fight between former two-division champion B.J. Penn and Jon Fitch. Also on the card, Michael Bisping will take on middleweight journeyman Jorge Rivera.
