The UFC and Spike TV has announced the cast for the twelfth season of “The Ultimate Fighter.” The two teams will be coached by UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre and number-one contender Josh Koscheck.

The 28 fighters will all compete in the first round of the tournament. The 14 winners will become the official cast for the season. The winners of the next round and two wild card fighters will advance.

This season’s group of fighters is highlighted by some veterans. Mike Budnik and Jonathan Brookins both have WEC experience, while Nam Phan has fought for Strikeforce, Sengoku and K-1.
