After suffering his first career defeat, Todd Duffee will look to get back on track against Jon Madsen at UFC 121. The card will take place on Oct. 23 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif..

MMAJunkie reported the fight on Thursday citing “sources close to the event.”

Duffee locked up the record for fastest knockout in UFC history in his promotional debut. He bested Tim Hague in only seven seconds. The quick stoppage victory garner the heavyweight prospect large amounts of hype. However, in his second UFC bout, veteran Mike Russow knocked Duffee out cold will less than three minutes to go in the fight. Prior to coming to the promotion, Duffee scored a victory over UFC veteran Assuerio Silva.

Madsen entered the UFC after competing as a member of the TUF 10 cast. On the show, he defeated Abe Wagner, but then lost to eventually finalist Brendan Schaub. Since the show, Madsen has gone 3-0 in the promotion with decision victories coming against Justin Wren, Mostapha Al-turk and Karlos Vemola.

Headlining UFC 121 will be a heavyweight title fight. Champion Brock Lesnar will defend his belt against NCAA All-American and undefeated prospect Cain Velasquez.
