According to a report by lowkick.com M-1 Global are preparing to broadcast an MMA reality show. The unnamed show will be broadcast on “Russian Fighter Channel.” It will begin on July 25.

The show is said to feature 20 fighters from various former Soviet Countries. The five winners from the show will then earn the chance to compete on M-1 international events. While on the show, the fighters will be trained by professional trainers and several MMA fighters including Fedor Emelianeko will make training appearances.

M-1 has claimed to have had a reality show in the works before. In early 2008, the promotion/management team announced that they would host a reality show called “Fighting Fedor.” The winner of the 16-man tournament would earn a shot to compete against the then-number-one fighter in the world. A trailer for the show surfaced on the internet, but the television show was never produce.

In addition to managing the careers of Emelianenko and several other fighters, M-1 also promotes M-1 Selections and the M-1 Challenge. The M-1 Challenge features five-man teams from various countries competing in a team format. The M-1 Selections is tournament currently trying to find fighters to fill M-1 Challenge teams.
