The main event features Brock Lesnar defending his heavyweight title against interim title-holder Shane Carwin and the co-main event features a middleweight match-up between Chris Leben and Yoshihiro Akiyama.

- Yoshihiro Akiyama – $45,ooo / $25,000 win bonus
