UFC Hall of Famer and MMA legend Randy Couture has come into the Death Clutch training camp to help prepare Brock Lesnar for his upcoming heavyweight title defense against Shane Carwin at UFC 116 on July 3 in Las Vegas.

In this video we get to see Couture and Lesnar working out together and we get to a peek at Lesnar’s hardcore training regimen. The athleticism of a man his size is absolutely phenomenal and it may be the difference in his fight with Carwin.

Lesnar talks about the respect he has for Couture and the advantages of bringing in a fighter with his history and success to help him get ready for what will likely be his toughest fight to date.

Lesnar says he has his ears and eyes wide open to soak in all he possibly can from Couture, and knows that having the legend there not only benefits himself but the rest of the team as well.

Couture talks about the time he actually wrestled against Lesnar’s head coach Marty Morgan many years ago and knows that Lesnar is in good hands. He also believes Lesnar is on the right track for his continued development within the sport and points to the Death Clutch Training Facility as proof of Lesnar’s commitment to the sport and becoming the best he can be.
