MMA H.E.A.T.’s second episode is now available for your viewing pleasure in the video player on our front page – it is not hard to find, I know you can do it. Just be sure to turn the sound up.

In episode two, the show opens with a human beat box performance from the artist K-9…which is pretty damn cool. It’s only their second show, but the guys are doing a great job of blending entertainment with MMA.

Sam Strayer and Karyn Bryant discuss a myriad of topics this week and sit down face to face with Jason “Mayhem” Miller to have a very interesting discussion about his willingness to fight anyone anytime, and his upcoming Strikeforce welterweight title fight with Jake Shields.

Sam visits the Tapout headquarters to talk with Punkass and Skyskrape, and to see how the company is getting along after the passing of Charles “Mask” Lewis.

MMA H.E.A.T. travels to the 2009 Gracie Open in San Francisco where we get to check out some footage from Nick and Nate Diaz’s matches, and we get to listen in as PROMMA.INFO’s “Fast Eddie” Constantine reports live from the scene.

Also, the guys get some one-on-one time with WEC lightweight champion Jamie Varner to find out what is next for him. And as will be the case each week, all the latest news within the world of MMA is covered.

Remember folks, you can catch a new episode of MMA H.E.A.T. each Monday right here at PROMMA.INFO. MMA H.E.A.T. is also available on the show’s homepage at www.mmaheat.com.
