PRO MMA (promma.info) has been informed by Ken Shamrock Promotions they will no longer be co-promoting and putting on cage fighting events together with the War Gods Promotion.

Each company has decided they need to focus their attention on other projects they have in the works according to a KSP press release.

Ken Shamrock Promotions is in negotiations with a reality television show and they are also in talks with an entertainment company interested in filming a docu/drama about the life of “The World’s Most Dangerous Man”.

War Gods has signed a deal which will allow them to host MMA events in certain California casinos in 2009.

A Shamrock spokesperson said, “The guys over at War Gods are very hard workers and all of us here at Ken Shamrock Productions hope that they have continued success in their promotions and whatever else they put their mind to”.

Ken Shamrock’s last fight was in the War Gods promtion against Ross Clifton in February of this year. Shamrock won the bout, his first win since 2004, with a first round arm bar submission. It was Shamrock’s one and only fight in the War Gods promotion.
