PRO MMA (promma.info) has learned that Kimo Leopoldo, famous mostly for his loss to UFC Legend, Royce Gracie at UFC 3, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 16 for possesion of a controlled substance in Tustin, California.

The Tustin police stopped Kimo for apparently wearing an official Long Beach Police jumpsuit, complete with a badge that can only be aquired by actual LB Police officers. While detaining Kimo for wearing the attire, police searched his vehicle and found a small baggy containing what they believe to be Methamphetamine. Kimo is being held in police custody for the possesion charge and the officers are trying to figure out how he accuired the police jumpsuit.

Kimo was most recently in the news after he applied to be the California Athletic Commission Executive Director, who, ironically, would be in charge of the CSAC’s drug policy.
